Is there an Android version?
No, not at this time but there will be a version for Android at the back end of 2013.
How much is the app?
We are still working on the price. We are making sure that whatever the price is, it’s paid for in savings in the first week of use.
Will I have to pay a subscription?
No, once you have the app you will get the updates free of charge. We may add a plug-in such as message mates within a certain radius but this will be extra feature beyond the specification we list now.
Can my Boss, you or VOSA see where I am?
No, you are not live tracked in any way and we cannot see the trucks. We do have a solution for large companies to see their trucks and hours remaining when they buy the app for their drivers.
Will this affect my data plan?
No, the information is pushed once at the end of the day, not constantly, as this would use your data and drain the battery.
Will my insurance go down?
No, this is not beneficial to your insurance and your insurance is not affected as we cannot track your truck.
Am I able to get a refund?
We are unable to offer a refund but you have a feedback option on the app to let us know of any frustrations or confusion with the app.
Are there any discounts?
Yes, fleet operators can get a discount and we can even tailor the app to specific needs if required.
